Teacher Training Program

The Mega Barre team is expanding and we are looking to train & hire experienced fitness instructors.  We are looking for confident, self motivated individuals who walk the walk and are passionate about fitness and helping others.  At Mega Barre, our instructors are the heart of the studio’s success and represent the Mega Barre brand and our community in all aspects.  We are looking for individuals who can captivate a room and bring the best out of our clients.

Instructor training comes in two parts at Mega Barre.  Part 1 is the actual training (whether in person or online).  And Part 1 is open to the public.

If you want considered as a Mega Barre employed instructor, Part 2 submitting an application (below). If chosen to move forward, you then would be expected to perform a 20 minute audition and interview following the actual training weekend.  All new instructors with no prior teaching experience, will then teach a minimum of 10 community classes unpaid before being offered a permanent role.  Trainees that do get hired will receive additional training and mentorship at no additional cost.

To be considered at Mega Barre, you must attend any one, or all of the trainings (details below) and must have either weekday morning availability (class start times 5:30am-9:30am), late week night (after 6pm) or weekend availability (including Friday afternoon availability).  Please note that if hired, you may only be offered a sub position so it is ideal to have flexible availability.   If hired, Mega Barre instructors are a part time contractor position.
**It is important to note that taking the training is not a guarantee that you will be offered a teaching position at Mega Barre.**
