An effective, energetic and fun workout that fuses fitness techniques from Ballet and Pilate Principles that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. The BootyBarre® method is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with added cardio to burn fat fast. We use the barre and several other props to bring you  the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with added cardio to burn fat fast

BootyBarre® Flex and Flow 

BootyBarre® flex and flow is a dynamic total body workout using therabands for resistance in the upper body, abdominal and back work.  You will experience fluid movement and seamless flow combined with functional strength and flexibility

BarreX

The TRX suspension bands are used in combination with barre choreography for serious sculpting and burn! Spaces limited!

BootyBarre® BOUNCE 

BootyBarre BOUNCE is a High Intensity-Low Impact workout! You will learn to incorporate the Bootybarre method into a fun unique trampoline experience with our new bouncing cardio moves and our fusion barre exercises. A full body workout designed to tone your body, increase circulation, balance, and endurance. Barefeet or sticky socks, please.

Booty Core Yoga

Booty Core Yoga is a fast-paced power yoga class that will move quickly through poses while incorporating cardio segments. It will challenge not only the mind-body connection but the cardiovascular system too.

Cardio Mix

A mix of interval training, plyometrics, dance fitness and strength training, this 45 minutes class will be a high-calorie burn and lots of fun! WEAR CLEAN TENNIS SHOES!

Dance Body

Fun and easy dance cardio class for the non-dancer.  You will follow easy choreography using different dance styles and listen to motivating music to ramp up your heart rate for a maximum calorie burn.  We will also incorporate body sculpting to even out the class and tighten, tone and strengthen your body while redefining your overall shape. Please wear clean tennis shoes.

Floor Barre

Fuse fitness techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body.  No dance experience required and all levels are welcome!

HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training)

High-Intensity Interval Training in combination with light weights, TRX bands, trampoline…make for a super high-calorie burn and lots of fun.  This class isa higher impact, bring water and WEAR TENNIS SHOES!

Pilates TRX 

Pilates is core-centric practice that will challenge even the most advanced students.  This class will take classical Pilates exercises and perform them on the TRX suspension bands.  

Tramp Cardio 

This 45-minute high intensity, low impact class will be lots of bouncing, strength, and fun. Interval training will be incorporated. Please wear CLEAN TENNIS SHOES!

Yoga/Pilates Fusion 

Yoga meets fitness! This fusion class is a great form of exercise to strengthen the core, increase strength and flexibility by using yoga an Pilates and various forms of equipment to get the ultimate aerobic workout.  This class is for all levels!
