We offer fitness classes between 2 studio rooms. Both host a variety of different class types between strength and cardio focused fitness.

Strength Based Classes

Mega Barre™

Balance & Flexibility

Barre is an effective, energetic and fun workout that fuses fitness techniques from Pilates principles that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. Our studio has perfected the MegaBarre™ method, a perfect combination of strength and flexibility with added cardio to enhance the body’s metabolism. We use the barre and several other props to bring you the perfect combination of strength and flexibility that is easy on the joints.

Mega Mat Fusion

Burn & Tone

Our version of a mat based pilates  flow. A full body muscle toning class designed to build strength, using resistance and high repetitions to define and build lean muscles. This class utilizes props in combination with body weight.  Heavily influenced by barre, mat pilates and floor barre.  The perfect precursor and foundation before starting our Megaformer machine based classes.

Strength

Slow & Controlled Full Body

Dynamic resistance training to sculpt your body, ignite your metabolism and increase your bone density. We will guide you through a workout that incorporates weighted body bars, medicine balls, bodyweight exercises and dumbbells to challenge and strengthen every muscle group. All levels. Wear clean tennis shoes.

Megaformer by Lagree Fitness™

Lagree Fitness™ is a challenging, core intensive workout – easily modified or amplified to meet the individual needs of each member. It is the only fitness program versatile enough to increase flexibility and postural alignment, and intense enough to burn fat and improve endurance, all in a manner which is low impact and safe on the joints, spine, and connective tissues. Each exercise targets both the slow and fast twitch muscle fibers, producing maximum exertion and muscle fatigue to sculpt long lean and powerful muscles.

Power Yoga

Balance & Stretch

Stretch, flow and dial in with our unique approach to yoga.  

Yoga HIIT:

Turn up the heat on your traditional power yoga by alternating between high intensity intervals and lower intensity stretch recovery with a powerful focus on cardio, stretch and strength building. Class will begin with traditional yoga centering and sun salutations and will pick up speed and increase heart rate with light dumbbells and full body poses and sculpting.

Cardio Based Classes

Bounce & Build™

Cardio & Sculpt

This is a fun, high intensity, low impact cardio workout that gets your heart pumping without putting extra stress on your joints. This workout is performed half on a mini trampoline and half on the floor/mat for sculpting intervals. Wear clean tennis shoes or bare feet.

Box Step™

Step Aerobics Inspired

This class energizes traditional interval training with a modern-day step aerobics class. While this class is cardio heavy, we will have intervals of strength and sculpting to make this a great total body workout! Please wear clean indoor tennis shoes.

Rave

Dance & Tone

Dance like no one is watching!  A fun, repetitive dance and cardio class grounded in contagious blends of music from hip hop to top dance hits. Prepare to dance, burn and repeat.  Non-dancers welcome!

We recommend starting with a New Client Special to let you experience all of the studio offerings.  After that, we will help curate a membership or class package to fit your needs, budget and goals.

Options range from Multi Modality Studio Membership Only, Megaformer Membership Only or a combination of all, the BEST and most effective way to utilize our curated and results driven methods.

Private Lessons.

Interested in booking one-on-one sessions, please email us to learn availability and to get scheduled.  We can also accommodate semi private sessions with 2-3 clients per session.  These can be offered in any class modality and will be tailored to your individual goals, restrictions or desires in mind.

Cost is $75/45 minute session.

Private Events.

We are available to host small groups for a private, personalized class.  Anything from bachelorettes, birthday celebrations or a corporate team building event, Mega Barre will make the experience super unique and fun for all.  Flat rate cost is $150/hour.  Please email us to learn more.
