The heart of our studio!  Barre is an effective, energetic and fun workout that fuses fitness techniques from Pilates principles that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. The BootyBarre® method is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with added cardio to burn fat fast. We use the barre and several other props to bring you  the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with added cardio to burn fat fast

A dynamic total body workout using therabands and loop bands for resistance in the upper body, abdominal and back work.  You will experience fluid movement and seamless flow combined with functional strength and flexibility.


The TRX suspension bands are used to increase the burn, a whole body workout with special focus on the core and upper body.


More cardio focused using a mini trampoline that is high intensity and low impact.  Expect a full body workout designed to tone your body, increase circulation, balance, and endurance.  Not recommended for pregnant clients. Please wear clean tennis shoes.

Dance Body

Fun and upbeat dance cardio class for the non-dancer.  You will follow easy choreography using different dance styles and listen to motivating music to ramp up your heart rate for a maximum calorie burn.  We will also incorporate body sculpting to even out the class and tighten, tone and strengthen your body while redefining your overall shape. Please wear clean tennis shoes.

HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training)

High-Intensity Interval Training in combination with light weights, sliders, balls or bands…make for a super high-calorie burn and lots of fun.  Please wear clean tennis shoes.

Power Yoga

Stretch, flow and dial in with our unique approach to yoga.  Not your typical yoga, recommended for all levels. 

Box Step

This new class energizes interval training with a modern day step aerobics class.  Please wear clean tennis shoes.

MBYO Kids Fitness 

Appropriate for kids age 7 & up, who are looking to stay physically fit, sweat, stretch and have fun! Kids will do a variety of functional movement including barre, yoga, bootcamp style, band work and trampolines!  Please wear clean tennis shoes.
