Terms on all packages: there are no holds, transfers or refunds for any reason unless deemed emergency by Management.  All sales final.  All auto-pay options require a credit card on file.

• Vacation holds are available on auto pass memberships only limited to 1 time per year as a courtesy.  
• An early termination fee from any contract will be enforced.  Our policy states you must pay half of the remaining portion on your contract in order to end your contract early.  
• All account balances must be paid before admittance into class.  
• It is your responsibility to update credit card information with the front desk or via the mind-body system as needed.
• Reservations to ALL classes are strongly recommended!
• Do not wait-list a class if you do not intend on truly coming when/if added.  Our wait-lists actually do move pretty regularly, meaning you will be notified that you have a spot as spots become available.
• Cancel your booking 6 hours ahead of start time to avoid a late cancellation.
• All no shows are incurred a $10 fee or 1 class removed from your class package.
• Late cancels or no show fees are strictly enforced.

Child care available for most classes when indicated on the schedule. $3 per child or $6 per family.  Preferred age 6 months or older. Please register for childcare in addition to your class.
