Waived late cancel or no show fees for members are no longer a perk of membership.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We have a strict 6-hour cancellation policy. This means if you are signed up for a class and cancel before the 6 hours, you will not have a penalty. Your session will be credited back to your  account. However, if you cancel after the 6-hour mark you will lose your class credit. If you are an Unlimited Monthly package holder, you will be charged a $10 late cancel fee.

All class participants will be charged a $15 No Show Fee regardless of their class package if you are signed up and fail to show.

EARLY MORNING CLASSES CANCELLATION POLICY**UPDATED 12/1/24

Classes that begin at 5:30am or 6:15am have a strict 12 hour cancellation policy.  This means if you do not plan to attend those classes, please cancel before 12 hours of start time to avoid the fee.  This allows those on the waitlist to move into the class in a timely manner before going to bed for the night.

WAITLIST

If you want to sign up for a class that is full we recommend you put yourself on the waitlist. If a spot frees up, you will be notified via email and added to the class. The 6-hour and 12-hour cancellation policy still applies to the waitlist. If you are on the waitlist but cannot make the class then you MUST remove yourself from the waitlist. If you are added to the class and can’t make it please cancel before the 6 or 12 hour mark. If you fail to do so you will lose your class credit and those with Unlimited Monthly packages will be charged $10 late cancel fee. All No Shows will be charged a $15 fee.

WAITLIST LOOP HOLE

After the 6 or 12 hour mark, the system will not automatically move the waitlist at this point.  So if you see a spot open up, these last minute openings become fair game.

With our new software system, these charges will be done automatically.  Please email us to consider your fee being waived if an emergency arises, this will be considered at our discretion.

Something to note, as a boutique fitness studio these policies are standard in all small studios and many larger ones across our area and in the country.  We strive for all clients to get into the classes they want and have to be firm about these policies.  Comparable studios in our area have a much stricter time frame for cancellation windows ranging from 8 hours to 24 hours and some charge up to $30 for a no show.  We hope you can respect our policy as it’s meant to only help keep you accountable to yourself and your goals, but also to be fair to those who may be on a waitlist.  Additionally, it is imperative that our instructors are prepared appropriately catering to the number of clients signed up.
