Every class has been challenging in the best way, and it’s been fun getting to try all of the different class formats. As a newbie, I couldn’t have asked for a more encouraging or welcoming environment. The instructors and members are supportive, motivating, and make you feel comfortable from day one. I’m actually mad at myself for not trying MegaBarre sooner — it’s quickly become something I truly look forward to. They’re always looking to train their instructors and make sure we’re all being taught the right form to maximize the moves on the Megaformer. I’ve been to other gyms but nothing compares to this one! Over 2 years into being a member at Mega Barre and I still feel as obsessed as I did after my first class. I wish I would have found this place sooner in my life! It’s my therapy. It has been so much more than physical training for me. It’s been more mental. It’s 45 mins a day where I can’t look at my phone or emails or worry about my kids or what I have to cook for dinner. I have no choice but to focus on what I’m doing in those exact times. It clears my head and makes me feel calm. I leave every class saying “oh she’s my favorite instructor” no matter who it is. Being a former athlete at a high level, my body has begun to feel the beating and this gym has abled me to exercise and enjoy what I’m doing without the pounding of my body when I ran! I have been able to incorporate cardio and burn calories like I would running without the constant pressure on my body! Also the mixture of classes for strength and full body are amazing and change all the time! And the #1 reason why I love this gym is because the minute I walk in the doors it feels like a family! Everybody accepts everyone for the level of their exercise and for the intensity of their exercise and energy they bring! 😉 If you haven’t tried it you need to! Absolutely love this gym and the people in it! They have something for everyone….. whether you like cardio, strengthening, there is a class for all! You will not be disappointed! The instructors are upbeat and have lots of energy…. They modify and challenge for all levels! Thank you Megabarre! ❤️ Not to mention the BEST INSTRUCTORS! The studio was so clean, modern, and cute — such a good vibe the moment you walk in. The music was on point, the class was a lot of fun, and Megan was so kind and encouraging. I loved learning how to use new equipment, even as someone who’s in Pilates studios all the time. She made it the perfect mix of challenging and enjoyable. I enjoy taking classes on both sides of the studio. The owners and instructors are always staying on top of trends and training to ensure the workouts never get stale and always remain challenging. The instructors find ways to keep workouts fun and impactful. Every couple of months they introduce a new class or prop, it’s always fun.
